Sales Executive

The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, developing new client relationships, and managing existing accounts to meet and exceed sales targets. Duties include identifying customer needs, presenting tailored solutions, negotiating contracts, and preparing sales reports. The role also involves market analysis, contributing to sales strategies, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Pune.

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and client management skills
• Proven experience in sales and business development, preferably in water treatment, chemicals, or related industries
• Understanding of sustainable and innovative technologies in treatment solutions or related sectors
• Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategic sales plans
• Proficiency in sales tools, CRM software, and Microsoft Office Suite
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Environmental Science, or a related field
• Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to achieving targets
• Willingness to travel locally and occasionally to other regions as required
