At SUYUG Infra Group , we are looking for dynamic and customer-focused Sales Team Members to join our growing real estate team and contribute to our revenue and growth.

Gain complete knowledge of the project including inventory, amenities, approvals, clubhouse, floor plans, master plan, and Vaastu

Accompany clients during site visits and guide them on property suitability and value

Identify potential clients by understanding their budget, location preference, timelines, and unit requirements

Ensure strong follow-ups with clients post site visits to achieve closures

Update client interactions and remarks in CRM on a daily basis

Plan and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly targets aligned with company goals

Stay updated on market trends, new launches, and pricing to provide valuable insights to clients

Maintain positive relationships with clients even after bookings and generate referrals

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Customer-centric approach

Target-driven mindset

Basic knowledge of CRM tools

Understanding of real estate sales is an advantage
