Sales Executive

• Retail is one of the largest parts of Indias economy - yet the systems that move products from brands to stores havent evolved much in decades.
• At Sukasu, were working to modernize how products reach retail shelves. We partner directly with retailers across Bangalore and are building a new kind of distribution network designed for how commerce works today.
• Were looking for motivated Sales Executives who enjoy being on the ground, meeting retailers, and helping expand our growing network of retail partners across the city.
  

• Onboard Retail Stores - Visit kirana stores, supermarkets, and other retail outlets to introduce them to Sukasu and help them get started with our service.
• Build Strong Retail Relationships - Develop trust with shop owners and become their go-to partner for working with Sukasu.
• Drive Sales and Orders - Encourage retailers to place orders regularly and ensure they have a smooth experience with our platform.
• Expand the Retail Network - Identify new stores and untapped areas where Sukasu can grow.
• Coordinate with Operations - Work closely with the operations team to ensure orders are fulfilled smoothly and retailers remain satisfied.
  

• Someone who enjoys meeting people and building relationships
• Comfortable with field sales and visiting retail stores daily
• Self-driven and proactive
• Ability to speak English and Kannada
• Prior sales or field experience is a plus, but not mandatory
