SALARY - 20000 + UNLIMITED INCENTIVE

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Call Sales Executive, located in Gurugram. The Call Sales Executive will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers through calls to promote the company's services and convert leads into memberships or partnerships. The role involves maintaining customer relationships, understanding their requirements, handling inquiries, providing relevant information, and achieving predefined sales targets. The executive will also document customer feedback and collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize the customer acquisition process.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with customers via phone
• Sales and negotiation skills, with a proven record of meeting or exceeding targets
• Ability to handle customer inquiries, resolve concerns, and provide exceptional customer service
• Proficiency in using CRM tools and MS Office for maintaining records and reports
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple leads and activities
• Knowledge of the sports industry, particularly cricket, is a plus
• Previous experience in a sales or customer service role is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is advantageous
