Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced Sales Executive for our C&I solar EPC segment. You will manage the entire sales process, nurture key client relationships, develop new opportunities, and convert them into successful projects. A strong blend of sales capability and technical understanding of solar EPC is essential.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and convert high-quality leads for C&I solar EPC projects (rooftop and ground-mounted).
Drive the entire sales processfrom initial outreach and site evaluations to proposal preparation, negotiation, and final closure.
Build trusted relationships with senior decision-makers and key industry stakeholders.
Analyse client requirements, recommend tailored solutions, and work closely with technical teams for accurate system design and proposals.
Deliver monthly/quarterly sales targets with clear pipeline visibility and structured reporting.
Collaborate with engineering, finance, and project teams to ensure seamless project handover and client satisfaction.
Stay updated on solar policies, DISCOM guidelines, market developments, and competitor strategies.
Represent Hodular One at industry events, conferences, and networking forums.
Requirements
25 years of proven experience in Solar EPC sales within the C&I segment.
Strong understanding of rooftop solar, net metering policies, technical sizing, and ROI/payback modelling.
Proven record of meeting sales targets and closing large corporate accounts.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-facing skills.
Strong pipeline management and the ability to handle multiple opportunities simultaneously.
Highly driven, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently and cross-functionally.
Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
