Sales Executive

Job Description:

We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executives with a strong Modern Trade background to join our sales team at the NSP location.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow sales in Modern Trade accounts (supermarkets, chains, key accounts)
• Build and maintain strong relationships with store managers and key decision-makers
• Ensure product availability, visibility, and correct merchandising at outlets
• Execute promotions, schemes, and in-store activities effectively
• Monitor stock levels, secondary sales, and ensure timely replenishment
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Collect market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and promotions
• Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and issue resolution

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in Modern Trade sales
• Experience in GT (General Trade) is not required
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Target-driven with good analytical and reporting abilities
• Willingness to work in the field and manage multiple accounts

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of Modern Trade operations and key retail chains
• Ability to execute trade marketing initiatives
• Proficiency in MS Excel and basic sales reporting
