We are expanding our Maharashtra operations and looking for 3 high-octane Sales Executives to dominate the Pune, Pimpri-Chinchwad and Chhatrapati Sambhaji Nagar markets.

Role Description:

This is a 100% Field Sales position. You won't be sitting behind a desk; youll be on the ground, meeting business owners, and onboarding them.

Key Responsibilities:

• New Business Acquisition: Identify and onboard B2B clients for International Express and Domestic Priority services.
• Revenue Growth: Meet and exceed monthly sales targets in your assigned territory (Pune City, PCMC, or Aurangabad).
• Relationship Management: Act as the face of sKart, providing expert logistics consultation to clients.
• Reporting: Maintain sales funnels and daily activity reports using MS Office.

Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 1 year of proven experience in Logistics Sales (Express/Courier/Freight Forwarding).
• Language: Must be fluent in Marathi, Hindi, and English.
• Tech Savvy: Comfortable operating a laptop and proficient in MS Office (Excel/Word).
• Mobility: Must have a personal vehicle for daily field visits.
• Communication: A "people person" with the ability to negotiate and close at the promoter level.
