Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Noida. The Sales Executive will actively identify potential clients, build strong client relationships, and present Sidhhanths products to meet their unique needs. Additional responsibilities include closing sales, achieving annual targets, maintaining client records, and collaborating with internal teams for customer success and satisfaction.
Qualifications

Business Development and Sales skills, including lead generation, relationship building, and closing deals
Strong understanding of CRM tools and sales metrics to manage client data and track performance
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to analyze client needs and present tailored solutions
Prior experience in real-estate, ERP software, or technology sales is a plus
Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines/targets
Bachelors degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
