Sharp Minds Cloud Tech Pvt Ltd is a Goa-based technology company that have developed MSME Sales Booster, a powerful ERP platform built specifically for manufacturing businesses.

Our ERP integrates Sales, Purchase, Production, Inventory, HR, Finance, and Service into one unified real-time system. We help MSME manufacturers digitize operations and scale with structured processes.

We are expanding our on-ground sales presence and looking for a field-focused Sales Executive who is ready to build strong industrial relationships across Goa.



Role Overview

This is a company visitbased field sales role.

The selected candidate will:

  • Visit manufacturing companies daily across Goa and neighbouring areas.
  • Meet business owners, factory managers, and accounts heads.
  • Introduce and promote our ERP solution.
  • Generate leads through direct physical visits.
  • Build long-term industrial relationships.

This is not a desk-based sales position. It requires active field presence and consistent company visits.



Location Requirement (Important)

  • Candidate must already be residing in Goa.
  • Strong familiarity with Goa industrial areas is required.
  • Relocation or shifting support will not be provided by the company.


Only candidates currently based in Goa should apply.



Key Responsibilities

Daily Company Visits

  • Visit industrial areas (Verna, Ponda, Madkai, Margao, etc.) on a daily basis.
  • Meet decision-makers in manufacturing companies.
  • Introduce MSME Sales Booster ERP.
  • Distribute company profile and schedule demos.

Lead Generation & Prospecting

  • Identify new manufacturing prospects.
  • Build and maintain a structured lead database.
  • Record visit details in CRM.
  • Schedule follow-up meetings and demos.

Requirement Understanding

  • Understand current systems (manual, Excel, Tally, legacy ERP).
  • Identify operational challenges.
  • Present ERP solution benefits clearly.

Product Demo Coordination

  • Coordinate demos with internal technical team.
  • Attend demo meetings.
  • Handle objections confidently.
  • Follow up until closure.

Closure & Relationship Building

  • Convert qualified leads into customers.
  • Maintain disciplined follow-up cycles.
  • Build long-term, trust-based relationships.



Performance Expectations

  • Minimum weekly company visit targets
  • Weekly demo targets
  • Monthly sales closure targets
  • Consistent CRM updates
  • Strong pipeline management



Ideal Candidate ProfileRequired:

  • 15 years of B2B sales experience
  • Comfortable with daily field visits
  • Strong communication skills (English & Hindi; Konkani/Marathi preferred)
  • Confident in meeting business owners
  • Self-driven and target-oriented
  • Basic computer skills for CRM updates
  • Should have own 2 wheeler


Preferred:

  • Experience selling ERP, software, or industrial products
  • Understanding of manufacturing processes
  • Existing network in Goa industrial areas
