CTC: 3,50,000 to 5,50,000

Role Overview: The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales growth, expanding market reach, and maintaining strong relationships with dealers, builders, contractors, and key customers. The role requires regular field visits, strong networking skills, and a target-driven approach to generate new business opportunities.


Key Responsibilities

  • Dealer, Builder & Contractor Relationship Management
  • Meet and build strong relationships with builders, contractors, architects, and project stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain long-term partnerships with dealers and distributors.
  • Conduct regular site visits and follow-ups to generate project-based sales.
  • Address queries and provide product solutions tailored to project requirements.
  • Ensure adherence to company pricing policies and brand standards.


Sales & Business Development

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Identify and onboard new dealers, builders, and contractors to expand market presence.
  • Generate new business through field visits, networking, and referrals.
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
  • Track and report sales performance regularly.


Market Promotion & Product Development

  • Support promotional activities and brand visibility initiatives.
  • Coordinate product displays and in-store branding at dealer outlets.
  • Assist in new product launches and drive project-based product penetration.


Reporting & Coordination

  • Submit daily visit reports and sales updates.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (sales, marketing, supply chain) for smooth order execution.
  • Share market feedback and project insights with management.


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 13 years of sales experience in building materials/construction industry preferred.
  • Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
  • Willingness to travel locally for site and client visits.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting tools.
