Sales Executive

Scratchgard Technologies is expanding fast, and we are looking for a high-calibre Sales Executive to spearhead our PPF sales and dealership engagement in Bangalore.

• Promote and drive sales of Scratchgard Paint Protection Films across car dealerships, showrooms, accessory outlets and aftermarket networks.
• Build strong, long-term relationships with Dealer Principals, Sales Managers and Frontline Teams .
• Conduct product demos, training sessions and technical walkthroughs to boost conversions.
• Coordinate daily with Head Office and Application Teams for smooth operations, installations and customer satisfaction.
• Expand territory coverage, identify opportunities and push consistent monthly sales numbers.
• Track competitor activity, pricing trends and market movements.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in automotive sales / showroom operations / car accessories / detailing industry.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Strong understanding of automotive retail workflows.
• Highly disciplined, self-driven and able to perform under pressure.
