Position: Academic Counsellor

We are looking for passionate individuals who love guiding students and helping them build meaningful careers in science and research.

Your Role & Responsibilities:

Counsel students and parents regarding research career paths (IAT, NEST, IISc, IISER, etc.)

Understand student aspirations and guide them toward the right programs

Build trust-based relationships with students and families

Maintain and update CRM with lead details and follow-ups

Track student interactions and maintain accurate records

Coordinate with the support and academic teams for seamless communication

Support presentations, webinars, and student demos

Follow structured sales strategies and counseling processes
