Role Description:
This is a full-time, on-site position for aSales Executive based in Kolkata.You'llbe on the front lines,identifyingprospects, opening doors, and converting conversations into closed deals. This role is for someone who thrives on the hunt, owns outcomes, andisn'tafraid to pick up the phone.
What willyoudo?
- Calls, emails, LinkedIn, events, whatever it takes to get in the room.
- Break into new accounts and turn first conversations into real opportunities.
- Pitch, demo, and present the product with confidence, clarity, and conviction.
- Uncover customer pain points and position solutions that land.
- Own the full sales cycle,prospecting, qualifying, negotiating, and closing.
- Build andmaintaina healthy pipeline; move fast and keep deals flowing.
- Support account-based marketing (ABM) efforts for high-value enterprise clients.
- Collaborate closely with founders and cross-functional teams in a high-growth startup environment.
- Chase targets consistently and thrives in a performance-driven culture.
- Be the face and voice of the brand in the market.
Whatwerelooking for:
- 0-2years experience(Freshers welcome).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Bachelors degree in business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Proven ability toidentifyand pursue new business opportunities.
- Strong relationship-building skills with clients and partners.
- Ability to understand customer needs and present tailored solutions.
- Experience managing the sales cycle from first contact to closure.
- A collaborative mindsetworks well with internal teams to ensure customer success.
