Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive based in Bengaluru. The specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, ensuring excellent customer service, and conducting training sessions for internal and external stakeholders. Additional responsibilities include tracking sales performance, identifying new market opportunities, and driving revenue growth while collaborating closely with the marketing team to support strategic initiatives.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and internal teams
- Demonstrated Sales and Sales Management expertise to achieve and exceed revenue goals
- Ability to develop and deliver Training programs to support sales and team development
- Proficient in identifying market trends and opportunities to strengthen business growth
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- A bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Experience in sales and marketing roles, preferably within the technology or service industries, is a plus
