Job Description: Sales Executive
Location: Navi Mumbai & Bangalore
We are seeking highly motivated and experienced Sales Professionals with 2+ years of experience in Freight Forwarding to join our Navi Mumbai team. The ideal candidate should have a strong industry network, a proven sales track record, and in-depth knowledge of logistics and international trade.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Identify, acquire, and onboard new clients in the freight forwarding and logistics segment.
- Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term relationships with key accounts and corporate clients.
- Generate business across Sea Freight (Import & Export), and other logistics services.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to close high-value deals.
- Prepare competitive pricing proposals and detailed cost-benefit analyses.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify business opportunities.
- Coordinate with operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and MIS documentation.
- Provide market insights and recommendations for service enhancement and business expansion.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 2+ years of proven experience in Freight Forwarding Sales.
- Strong client base and industry connections in Navi Mumbai / Mumbai region preferred.
- Sound knowledge of EXIM procedures, international trade documentation, and logistics operations.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Target-driven mindset with a consistent record of achieving sales goals.
- Bachelors degree required; MBA (Logistics/Marketing) preferred.
JD: Inside Sales-
- Make outbound calls to explain the companys products and services to customers.
- Contact both existing and prospective customers using provided scripts.
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate information.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and details.
- Obtain and update customer information and other relevant data.
- Follow up with potential leads and maintain strong customer relationships.
Key Requirements:
- 12 years of experience in sales/telecalling/any sales-related role.
- Strong communication skills in English (mandatory).
- Good convincing and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage.
- Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset.
