Location: Gurgaon / Delhi NCR

Experience Level: Mid-Level

Important Note (Please Read Before Applying):
  • This is a hardcore field sales role apply only if you are comfortable with extensive fieldwork, client visits, and on-ground sales activities .
  • Applications are open only for Delhi NCR residents .
  • Candidates must be able to travel to Gurugram on a regular basis .
About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our clients growing team in the retail sector. The ideal candidate will drive business growth through effective customer engagement, consistent field activity, and strategic business development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and target new business opportunities across assigned territories.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • Conduct regular field visits, meetings, and on-ground sales activities.
  • Develop and deliver effective sales presentations tailored to customer needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery.
  • Stay updated with market trends, competitor analysis, and industry developments.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
  • Represent the brand at trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events.
Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in any discipline; MBA preferred.
  • 24 years of proven sales experience , preferably in B2B, retail, or field sales roles.
Skills & Competencies
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and foster long-term customer relationships.
  • Excellent presentation and client-handling abilities.
  • Target-driven mindset with a record of achieving sales goals.
  • Strong planning, analytical, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an added advantage.
