As we scale rapidly, were looking for driven Sales Executives to expand our user base and revenue.


Role Overview


We are seeking a high-energy Sales Executive who can convert leads into active subscribers and investors across our Research Services and Automated Portfolios.

This role is revenue-focused and requires strong communication skills, consultative selling ability, and a deep interest in financial markets.

You will be responsible for driving subscription sales, increasing AUM allocation, and ensuring long-term client retention.


Key Responsibilities


Lead Conversion & Revenue Generation
  • Convert inbound and outbound leads into paid subscribers
  • Pitch Research Services and Automated Portfolios effectively
  • Explain capital requirements, risk structure, and subscription plans
  • Achieve monthly revenue and subscription targets


Client Engagement & Upselling
  • Follow up with trial users and dormant leads
  • Encourage capital allocation and portfolio top-ups
  • Upsell advanced plans and multi-algo strategies
  • Maintain strong post-sale relationships


Product Understanding
  • Clearly explain portfolio strategies, risk management, and allocation structure
  • Guide clients through onboarding, KYC, and capital deployment
  • Coordinate with research and support teams for a seamless experience


Performance Tracking
  • Maintain CRM hygiene and lead tracking
  • Share daily performance reports
  • Optimise pitch based on user objections and feedback


Who You Are

Strong communication and persuasion skills

Target-driven and revenue-focused

Comfortable handling financial discussions

Basic understanding of the stock market and derivatives

Confident in objection handling and closing


Preferred Qualifications
  • Graduate / Post-graduate in any stream (Finance preferred)
  • Prior experience in financial sales/advisory / broking/fintech
  • Experience in high-ticket sales (50K+ deals preferred)
