Full-Time | 6 Days a Week

Experience: 25 Years (Chhattisgarh Sales Experience Mandatory)

Re-Energen is a solar EPC & trading company offering end-to-end solar solutions across residential, commercial, and industrial projects. We are looking for a Field Sales Executive to help us build a strong reseller and channel partner network across Chhattisgarh.

Key Responsibilities:

Visit different locations across Chhattisgarh to build connections and onboard resellers
Develop relationships with electrical contractors, dealers, and business partners
Support partners in generating and closing solar leads
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project execution

Key Locations:

Bastar
Bilaspur
Durg
Raipur
Sarguja

Requirements:

Prior field sales experience in Chhattisgarh is mandatory
Willingness to travel frequently
Strong communication and networking skills
Solar or electrical background is a plus

Compensation:

Fixed Salary + Performance-Based Incentives
