Job Description
Field Role | Chhattisgarh (Based in Raipur)
Full-Time | 6 Days a Week
Experience: Minimum 25 Years (Chhattisgarh Sales Experience Mandatory)
Re-Energen is a solar EPC & trading company delivering end-to-end solar solutions across residential, commercial, and industrial segments from site survey and system design to procurement, installation, approvals, commissioning, and after-sales O&M services.
We are looking for aField Sales Executive focused onbuilding and managing a reseller / channel partner network across Chhattisgarh.
- Conductextensive field visits across Chhattisgarh to identify and onboard:
- Solar resellers
- Electrical contractors
- Dealers, EPC partners, and influencers
- Build long-term relationships and act as theprimary point of contact for resellers
- Educate channel partners about Re-Energens solar offerings, pricing, and processes
- Generate business throughreseller-led and referral-based sales
- Coordinate with internal sales, design, and execution teams for lead conversion
- Track meetings, leads, and partner performance
- Support partners with site visits, technical coordination, and closures
- Proven field sales experience in Chhattisgarh (local market knowledge is compulsory)
- Strong network withcontractors, dealers, or business owners in the region
- Willingness to travel frequently todistricts and towns across Chhattisgarh
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Prior experience insolar, electrical, or power-related sales
- Basic understanding ofsolar PV systems, electrical components, or EPC processes
- Experience buildingdealer / distributor / reseller networks
