Job Summary

We are looking for a confident and proactive Pre-Sales Executive from a Real Estate or Interior background to engage potential clients, understand their requirements, and support the sales and project team with smooth conversions and coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound inquiries, calls, WhatsApp & lead follow-ups
Understand client requirements and explain services (construction/interiors/architecture)
Schedule meetings, site visits, and follow-ups with clients
Maintain client database, CRM updates, and lead status reports
Coordinate with Sales/Project Team for client communication
Build strong client relations and ensure professional assistance throughout the pre-sales journey

Eligibility & Requirements

Experience in Real Estate / Interior / Construction Industry preferred
Excellent communication & presentation skills
Smart, confident, client-handling ability
Strong follow-up and coordination skills
Basic computer & CRM handling knowledge
