About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our growing team in East Bangalore. This is a full-time, on-site opportunity ideal for professionals who thrive in a target-driven environment and possess strong knowledge of the Bangalore residential market.
The ideal candidate should demonstrate excellent communication skills, strong closing ability, and a proven track record of consistently achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through digital enquiries, channel partners, referrals, and on-ground marketing initiatives
- Conduct impactful site visits and professional property presentations
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable residential offerings
- Maintain consistent and structured follow-ups to drive conversions
- Achieve defined monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Coordinate with CRM, legal, and accounts teams to ensure smooth booking and documentation processes
- Maintain accurate and updated customer data in CRM systems
- Build and nurture strong relationships with channel partners and broker networks
- Stay updated on Bangalore real estate trends, pricing benchmarks, and competitor developments
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 25 years of experience in residential real estate sales (Bangalore market preferred)
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and deal-closing skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Presentable, confident, and customer-focused approach
- Ability to perform in a high-performance, target-oriented environment
- Working knowledge of RERA norms and documentation processes
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
