About the Role

We are looking for a driven and performance-focused Sales Executive who can convert inbound leads into paying customers. Your core responsibility is to help Pixelhyp achieve its monthly and yearly revenue goals by closing important deals.

Key Responsibilities

• Qualify leads using Pixelhyps internal KPI framework.
• Run 23 discovery calls per day with new leads.
• Track and report performance metrics (MQL SQL Opportunity) using CRM tools
• Present Pixelhyps services confidently and pitch value, not price.
• Handle objections professionally and drive strong follow-ups.
• Maintain clean CRM with updated lead status, win/loss reasons, and next steps.
• Achieve monthly revenue target (balanced across offers).
• Assist in building predictable monthly MRR from long-term clients.

Required Experience Must Have:

• 23 years of sales experience in selling to founders, marketing managers, and creative teams.
• Past experience in the agency environment.
• Proven track record of achieving monthly revenue targets.
• Strong closing skills and objection handling.
• Excellent communication in English + Hindi.
• Consultative selling approach (value > price)
• Strong closing skills
