As we expand, we are looking for a Sales Executive who can actively manage leads, engage with customers, and help convert interest into orders and long-term relationships.


Role Overview

The Sales Executive will work closely with the marketing team to manage inbound leads, conduct sales conversations, and nurture prospects through calls, WhatsApp, and email. This role requires strong communication skills, responsiveness, and the ability to convert enquiries into active customers.


Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound sales enquiries generated by marketing campaigns

Participate in lead handover from the marketing team and manage follow-ups

Engage prospects through calls, WhatsApp, and email communication

Understand customer needs and guide them to the right meal plans or services

Nurture leads until conversion and maintain strong customer relationships

Track conversations, follow-ups, and deal status in the CRM or lead tracker

Work towards monthly sales and conversion targets

Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for smooth customer onboarding


Key Requirements

23 years of experience in sales, marketplace operations, customer success, or customer support roles

Prior experience in lead conversion or inside sales is preferred

Strong communication skills in English and Hindi (Telugu is a plus)

Comfortable handling customer conversations over calls and messaging platforms

Ability to manage follow-ups and maintain organized lead pipelines

Self-driven, proactive, and target-oriented


Performance Metrics

Performance will be measured based on:

Lead response time

Conversion rates

Customer engagement and follow-up consistency

Monthly sales targets
