Jagan Food Products is an FMCG snacks manufacturing company producing namkeen and extruded snacks. We are expanding our distribution network in Vizianagaram, Srikakulam, Visakhapatnam, East & West Godavari districts and hiring Sales Executives to develop markets, appoint distributors, and increase product reach.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive located in Vizianagaram, Srikakulam, Visakhapatnam, East & West Godavari districts . The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, developing and maintaining relationships with clients, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include generating leads, managing negotiations, preparing sales proposals, and meeting sales targets. The role also involves collaborating with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional activities.

Qualifications

• Sales and negotiation skills, alongside the ability to achieve targets and close deals
• Knowledge of market research, understanding of customer needs, and ability to adapt strategies accordingly
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
• Organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience in the food products or FMCG industry is a plus
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving
