CTC: Up to 7.2 LPA

working days 6 days (mon-Friday on sat work from home)

Job Description:

As an ERP Software Sales Executive , you will be responsible for selling our School ERP software to prospective schools. You will leverage your sales expertise to build long-term relationships, understand institutional needs, and offer customized ERP solutions that drive revenue growth. You will work closely with internal teams and school stakeholders to achieve sales targets and ensure successful implementations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, generate, and qualify potential leads from schools
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations for school management
• Understand client requirements and propose suitable ERP solutions
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and close sales deals
• Coordinate with the Implementation Manager for smooth and timely project execution
• Follow up with clients post-sale to ensure satisfaction
• Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor offerings
• Maintain accurate sales reports and CRM updates
• Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in ERP / Software / EdTech sales
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Experience in B2B sales (school or education sector preferred)
• Ability to understand technical products and explain them clearly
• Target-driven and result-oriented mindset
• Good customer relationship management skills

Preferred Skills:

• Experience selling School ERP or SaaS products
• Familiarity with CRM tools
• Knowledge of the education ecosystem
