Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Handle sales of builder floors and residential properties
  • Generate leads through calls, site visits, and walk-in clients
  • Understand client requirements and suggest suitable properties
  • Conduct site visits and coordinate with clients for closures
  • Maintain client relationships and follow up for conversions
  • Achieve monthly sales targets as assigned by management
  • Coordinate with internal teams for documentation and deal closure

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1+ year of experience in real estate sales (builder floors preferred)
  • Good communication skills in Hindi & English
  • Confident, presentable, and client-handling ability
  • Strong negotiation and convincing skills
  • Target-oriented and self-motivated

Salary: As per industry standards + incentives
