Roles & Responsibilities:
- Handle sales of builder floors and residential properties
- Generate leads through calls, site visits, and walk-in clients
- Understand client requirements and suggest suitable properties
- Conduct site visits and coordinate with clients for closures
- Maintain client relationships and follow up for conversions
- Achieve monthly sales targets as assigned by management
- Coordinate with internal teams for documentation and deal closure
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 1+ year of experience in real estate sales (builder floors preferred)
- Good communication skills in Hindi & English
- Confident, presentable, and client-handling ability
- Strong negotiation and convincing skills
- Target-oriented and self-motivated
Salary: As per industry standards + incentives
