Job Description:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, hospitals, clinics, and healthcare professionals.
- Promote and sell ophthalmological products to hospitals and other healthcare institutions.
- Identify new business opportunities and work towards achieving sales targets.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions for healthcare professionals.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, regulatory, and logistics, to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to provide insights for business growth.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide after-sales support.
- Frequent travel within the assigned territory to meet clients, attend conferences, and support business activities.
- The OT attendance is must a minimum of ten days a month if surgical sales is allocated.
Qualification: Optometry/Biomedical Engineer
Passed out: 2025
Experience: 1 to 5 years
