Sales Executive

Location: Kharadi, Pune

Qualification: Graduate (Any stream)

Experience: Freshers & experienced (Insurance sales preferred)

Role :

1. Outbound calling to interested leads

2. Advise customers on suitable domestic insurance products

3. Achieve sales targets and maintain call records

As a sales executive, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through prospecting, qualifying and closing new business opportunities. Your role will involve engaging with potential clients to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions to help them achieve their business goals. Your English proficiency, both written and spoken, will be vital in effectively communicating with clients and presenting our products and services in a compelling manner.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads through proactive outreach and networking

2. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value proposition of our solutions

3. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted sales campaigns and strategies

4. Negotiate contracts and pricing to close deals and achieve revenue targets

5. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and drive repeat business

6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitors to identify new business opportunities

7. Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities and results to the management team

Salary:

1. Freshers: Upto 25,000 CTC

2. Experienced: Up to 30,000 CTC + incentives
