Job Summary


We are seeking an experienced and target-driven Sales Executive to join our real estate team. The candidate will be responsible for handling leads, conducting site visits, closing deals, and achieving monthly sales targets while ensuring a smooth customer journey from inquiry to closure.


Key Responsibilities

  • Handle assigned leads and convert them into qualified site visits
  • Conduct field visits and property site visits with prospective clients
  • Explain property features, pricing, payment plans, and basic legal aspects clearly
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients for repeat and referral business
  • Coordinate with channel partners and internal teams for smooth deal processing
  • Negotiate and close deals effectively
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals
  • Ensure proper documentation and coordination until final deal closure
  • Required Skills & Qualifications

    • Minimum 23 years of experience in real estate sales
    • Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
    • Willingness to travel for field work and site visits
    • Knowledge of the Gurgaon real estate market is an advantage
    • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and professional attitude
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
