Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and target-driven Sales Executive to join our real estate team. The candidate will be responsible for handling leads, conducting site visits, closing deals, and achieving monthly sales targets while ensuring a smooth customer journey from inquiry to closure.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle assigned leads and convert them into qualified site visits
- Conduct field visits and property site visits with prospective clients
- Explain property features, pricing, payment plans, and basic legal aspects clearly
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients for repeat and referral business
- Coordinate with channel partners and internal teams for smooth deal processing
- Negotiate and close deals effectively
- Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals
- Ensure proper documentation and coordination until final deal closure
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 23 years of experience in real estate sales
- Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
- Willingness to travel for field work and site visits
- Knowledge of the Gurgaon real estate market is an advantage
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and professional attitude
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
