Role Description:

This is a full-time Hybrid role for a Sales Executive at our Kolkata location. The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, identifying client needs, and offering tailored solutions to meet those needs. Day-to-day tasks include conducting sales presentations, building and maintaining client relationships, and negotiating and closing deals. The individual will collaborate with internal teams to align client objectives with our innovative software solutions and ensure the highest level of client satisfaction.


Roles & Responsibilities:

Identify and generate new business leads in South Africa, Europe, MENA, India, and Asian markets

Build targeted prospect lists using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, and similar platforms

Execute outbound outreach through LinkedIn, email campaigns, and cold calling

Qualify inbound and outbound leads and schedule meetings with decision-makers

Research industries, competitors, and potential client needs to tailor outreach

Maintain and regularly update lead and pipeline data

Support proposal follow-ups and assist in sales pipeline tracking


Requirements:

11.5 years of experience in B2B sales, IT services sales, or lead generation

Strong understanding of outbound sales, prospecting, and client engagement

Excellent written and spoken communication skills

Familiarity with international markets is a plus

Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment

Self-driven, proactive, and eager to grow in sales

Good to Have:

Experience selling IT services, staff augmentation, SaaS, or consulting solutions

Exposure to global client outreach and international prospecting
