Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Call prospective home buyers from our verified lead pool and Meet prospective buyers in-person to
  • understand their requirements and recommend suitable builder projects.
  • Conduct regular site visits and constantly followup with clients to showcase new and under-construction
  • properties.
  • Educate clients about project details, investment potential, and current offers/incentives.
  • Build strong relationships with clients to assist with decision-making and post-sales support.
  • Work in coordination with internal teams and developer partners to ensure seamless transaction handling.
  • Maintain high levels of responsiveness, follow-ups, and client satisfaction throughout the sales funnel.
  • Stay updated on local real estate trends and competing projects.

Key Skills & Requirements

  • Must be comfortable with daily field work and travel for site visits and client meetings.
  • Proven ability to convert high-intent leads into bookings.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written).
  • Energetic, target-driven, and customer-oriented mindset.
