Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Call prospective home buyers from our verified lead pool and Meet prospective buyers in-person to
- understand their requirements and recommend suitable builder projects.
- Conduct regular site visits and constantly followup with clients to showcase new and under-construction
- properties.
- Educate clients about project details, investment potential, and current offers/incentives.
- Build strong relationships with clients to assist with decision-making and post-sales support.
- Work in coordination with internal teams and developer partners to ensure seamless transaction handling.
- Maintain high levels of responsiveness, follow-ups, and client satisfaction throughout the sales funnel.
- Stay updated on local real estate trends and competing projects.
Key Skills & Requirements
- Must be comfortable with daily field work and travel for site visits and client meetings.
- Proven ability to convert high-intent leads into bookings.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Energetic, target-driven, and customer-oriented mindset.
