Sales Executive

Job Description:

Nextenti Tech Private Limited is a healthcare hiring platform connecting healthcare professionals, students, colleges, and organizations with employers. We are looking for proactive and result-oriented Sales Executives responsible for lead generation, onboarding healthcare professionals, and coordinating with colleges and organizations for bulk employee and student registration on the Nextenti application.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and qualify leads for healthcare professionals for registration on the Nextenti application
• Contact individual candidates via calls, WhatsApp, emails, and digital platforms
• Identify, approach, and onboard healthcare colleges, training institutes, hospitals, and organizations
• Coordinate with colleges and organizations for bulk registration of students and employees on the application
• Build strong relationships with college management, placement officers, HR heads, and administrators
• Conduct application demos, presentations, or orientation sessions (online/offline) for institutions
• Support end-to-end registration, profile creation, and verification of students and employees
• Maintain accurate records of individual and institutional leads, follow-ups, and registrations in CRM or trackers
• Achieve assigned individual, institutional onboarding, and registration targets
• Coordinate closely with recruitment, operations, and technical teams for smooth onboarding
• Address candidate and institutional partner queries in a timely and professional manner

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate / Diploma in any discipline
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in sales, telecalling, institutional marketing, or recruitment preferred
• Ability to engage with both individuals and institutional stakeholders
• Basic computer proficiency (Excel, CRM tools, online applications)
• Target-driven, organized, and self-motivated
