Role overview
  • Frontline sales role responsible for developing and servicing customers for speciality resins and stone-care solutions in assigned territories.
  • Involves regular customer visits, product demonstrations, coordination with technical team and consistent reporting to management.
Key responsibilities
  • Identify, visit and develop relationships with stone processors, traders and related industrial customers in the allocated region.
  • Understand customer processes and recommend suitable resin and stone treatment products with support from the technical team.
  • Achieve sales targets through new customer acquisition and growth from existing accounts.
  • Conduct product trials, coordinate samples and follow up rigorously till order conversion.
  • Negotiate prices, payment terms and volumes within company guidelines.
  • Submit visit reports, sales projections and market feedback on time using MS Office and online tools.
Candidate profile
  • Post graduates or graduates in any discipline; engineering or science background preferred.
  • Prior experience or strong interest in sales / marketing, preferably in industrial, chemical, building materials or related sectors.
  • Working knowledge of MS Office applications and internet-based tools is a must.
  • Fluency in local languages such as Tamil / Telugu will be an added advantage, but not mandatory.
  • High initiative and ownership, with strong follow-through on leads, trials and payments.
  • Good negotiation skills and the ability to build trust with B2B customers.
  • Ability to understand product features and applications quickly and explain them clearly to customers.
