Sales Executive

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad for a Sales Executive. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and generating sales opportunities, managing client relationships, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets. The individual will also conduct market analysis, prepare sales reports, and participate in business development initiatives to expand the customer base. Collaboration with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and address their technical and service needs will be a key part of this role.

• Proven skills in Sales, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management
• Ability to conduct Market Research and Competitive Analysis effectively
• Experience with Negotiation, Lead Generation, and Consultative Selling techniques
• Strong Communication, Interpersonal, and Presentation skills
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools is preferred
• Capability to achieve and exceed sales targets with strategic planning and execution
• Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in the HVAC industry or relevant technical background is a plus
