Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Mumbai. The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving membership sales, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, and providing exceptional service to clients. Key tasks include identifying potential customers, presenting gym programs and membership options, and delivering client consultations. Other responsibilities include collaborating with the team to achieve sales targets, addressing client inquiries, and promoting the brand's vision of fitness and wellness.

Qualifications

• Proven sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to meet or exceed targets
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build and nurture client relationships
• Knowledge of fitness programs, customer consultation techniques, and the fitness/gym industry
• Organizational and time management skills to manage multiple clients and tasks effectively
• Positive attitude, self-motivation, and a customer-centric approach
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is advantageous
• Prior experience in sales or fitness industry is preferred but not mandatory
