Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position for a Sales & Front Desk Executive based in Kalyan Dombivli. The Executive will be responsible for driving gym memberships, building and maintaining client relationships, meeting sales targets, and promoting MMA Matrix programs and services. Additional responsibilities include responding to customer inquiries, identifying business opportunities, attending to client needs, and collaborating with the marketing team to drive promotional activities.

Qualifications

• Proven ability in sales, customer relationship management, and generating leads.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Knowledge or passion for fitness, health, and wellness trends is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales objectives.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Proficiency in customer management systems and basic computer applications.
