Sales Executive (B2C) Luxury Home Automation | Mumbai


Location: Mumbai (Field + Experience Center)

Travel: Regular travel across Mumbai + occasional travel across Maharashtra

Role Type: Full-time | High-ownership startup role

Role summary

Were hiring a B2C Sales Executive who has experience in the interior design / architecture ecosystem and has worked closely with architects and interior designers to influence and close premium home projects. This is a multi-faceted roleideal for someone who can own the sales journey end-to-end and thrive in a small team.


Key responsibilities


B2C Sales & Conversion

Manage the full sales cycle: qualify meetings demos proposal negotiation closure

Conduct Experience Center demos for homeowners and their architects/IDs

Coordinate site visits and basic requirement understanding with the technical team

Maintain structured follow-ups, pipeline hygiene, and clear next steps


Architect/Interior Designer Collaboration

Build relationships with architects and interior designers to drive referrals and influence decisions

Visit design studios, maintain partner cadence, and create repeatable lead flow

Support designers with timelines, feasibility inputs, and proposal coordination


Startup-style ownership

Track pipeline in CRM/tracker (stages, notes, expected closure, lead source)

Support on-ground marketing efforts: Experience Center meetups, partner walkthroughs, collecting site photos/testimonials, WhatsApp/LinkedIn follow-ups

Ensure smooth handover from sales to execution for an excellent customer experience


What were looking for

28+ years in B2C sales within the interior design/architecture-related ecosystem (modular interiors, lighting, premium appliances, furniture fittings, building materials, home dcor, home automation, etc.)

Proven experience working with architects/interior designers as an influencing channel

Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills (premium clientele)

Comfortable with field sales, site meetings, and frequent follow-ups

Organized, self-driven, and able to wear multiple hats in a small team


Bonus points

Exposure to automation categories: lighting automation, curtains/blinds, HVAC integration, security/CCTV, access control, networking, AV/home theater

Experience selling to luxury homeowners / villas / high-end apartments


Compensation

Base salary + project-to-project commission structure (commission paid per project conversion/closure; details shared during discussions).
