Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Sales Executive to join our team on-site at our Mumbai location. This role involves managing the end-to-end sales process, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales objectives of the organizations. Key responsibilities include identifying potential clients, delivering presentations, coordinating site visits, negotiating deals, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Sales Executive will also collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.

Qualifications

• Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Ability to build and nurture client relationships, coupled with excellent customer service skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with diverse clients and stakeholders.
• Knowledge of the real estate market in Mumbai, including an understanding of industry trends and client needs.
• Proficiency in sales tools, CRM software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Educational background in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Prior experience in real estate sales or a similar role will be an added advantage.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently and as part of a team.
