Sales Executive / Manager – Aerosol Research & Monitoring Instruments

AlfaTech Services is seeking adynamic, technically inclined Sales Executive / Manager to drive business growth for itsadvanced aerosol research, air quality monitoring, and online analytical instrumentation portfolio .

The role involvesdirect engagement with senior scientists, professors, researchers, regulatory authorities, and industrial R&D teams , primarily acrossSouth India . The ideal candidate will combinestrong scientific understanding ,excellent English communication , andconsultative sales skills to support complex, application-driven sales cycles.

This position requiresextensive field travel , proactive market development, and close coordination with internal teams.

• Primary Region: South India (Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Kerala), Other regions based on requirement
• Travel: Up to50% , including visits to universities, national laboratories, research institutes, and industrial sites across India
• Education: B.Tech / B.Sc / M.Tech / M.Sc or Diploma in Technology/ Science
• (Physics, Environmental Science, Instrumentation, Electronics, Chemistry or related fields)
• Experience: 05 years intechnical sales, scientific instrumentation sales, or application support
• (Freshers with strong technical aptitude and communication skills may be considered)
• Strong proficiency in English (written and verbal), as this role involves frequent communication with researchers and senior scientists.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% PAN India
• Base Location: New Delhi(with primary responsibility for South India)

• Prior exposure toaerosol science, air quality monitoring, or analytical instrumentation .
• Ability to build long-term relationships within thescientific and industrial research community .
• Comfort in explainingcomplex technical concepts in a clear and structured manner.
• Strong presentation skills, curiosity, and willingness to learn advanced technologies.
