Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chandigarh, India, for a Sales Executive. The Sales Executive will be tasked with identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The role requires generating leads, preparing and delivering presentations, negotiating contracts, and staying updated on industry trends and products to provide tailored solutions. Coordination with marketing teams to align strategies is also a key responsibility.

Qualifications
  • Proven skills in sales, relationship management, and handling customer inquiries
  • Strong understanding of negotiation, business development, and lead generation processes
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze market trends and implement effective sales strategies
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently or collaboratively
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and sales management software is advantageous
  • Prior experience in the Ayurveda or herbal products industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
