Role Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Candidates to join our team and promote our tour packages across
India. The ideal candidate will have a passion for travel, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in
sales. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with clients, and
closing sales to meet and exceed targets.
1. Proactively identify and generate new leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and
referrals.
2. Conduct sales presentations to potential clients, showcasing the features and benefits of our tour packages.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and
repeat business.
4. Provide personalized travel recommendations and itinerary planning to meet the unique needs and preferences
of clients.
5. Negotiate pricing and terms of sale to close deals and achieve sales targets.
6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor offerings to identify opportunities for
growth and innovation.
7. Collaborate with the across team to develop promotional strategies and materials to support sales efforts.
8. Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and other documentation as required by management.
9. Attend trade shows, conferences, and other events to represent the company and expand the client base.
10. Continuously strive to enhance product knowledge and sales skills through training and self-development.
Qualifications
- Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills for effective customer interactions.
- Proficiency in sales techniques and proven ability to meet sales targets.
- Basic knowledge of domestic and international destinations to detail for managing travel itineraries
and customer requirements is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic, on-site environment.
- Ability to understand customer needs and suggest suitable travel packages.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and basic computer skills.
- Fluency in English and Hindi; additional languages are a plus.
- A bachelor's degree in any field is preferred; prior experience in sales or travel consultancy is a bonus.
