Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive, based in Hyderabad. The Sales Executive will manage day-to-day sales operations, including identifying and reaching potential clients, presenting property features, negotiating deals, and maintaining client relationships. The individual will also support in achieving sales targets, provide detailed property information to customers, and partake in sales events and promotional activities.

Qualifications
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to conduct market research and identify potential customers
  • Effective time management and organizational skills
  • Experience in the real estate industry or a related sales environment is a plus
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Enthusiasm, self-motivation, and a goal-driven mindset
