Job Description
Hiring: Sales Executive Raipur
Location: Raipur | Work Mode: Hybrid
Experience: 3+ Years | Notice Period: Up to 30 Days
We are looking for a driven Sales Executive with experience in laboratory products / scientific instruments sales to join a growing organization in the scientific & industrial space.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve monthly & annual sales targets in assigned territory
- Drive revenue through field visits, client meetings & seminars
- Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business
- Handle negotiation, pricing & deal closures
- Maintain CRM records & sales reporting
- Collaborate with marketing for campaign alignment & market insights
- Stay updated on industry trends & competitor activity
Ideal Candidate:
- 3+ years of experience in:
- Lab equipment / instruments / consumables sales
- Institutional / industrial sales
- Strong skills in communication, negotiation & client engagement
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Experience with CRM tools & sales reporting
- Background from companies like ThermoFisher, Merck, Avantor, etc. is a plus
Qualifications:
- B.Sc. (Science preferably Chemistry) Mandatory
- MBA (optional but preferred)
Additional Insights:
- Preference for local candidates (Raipur)
- Candidates should be currently in similar industry/role
- Compensation aligned within 2025% hike range
