What You'll Do:

• Prospect & Engage: Identify and connect with solar EPC leads via calls, emails, and LinkedInturning cold outreach into warm opportunities.
• Manage the Sales Cycle: Guide prospects from discovery to close, negotiating contracts that deliver value for both sides.
• Build Lasting Relationships: Foster trust with clients, and ensure repeat business in the fast-growing renewables sector.
• Hit Targets & Strategize: Achieve quarterly sales goals while sharing insights to shape our growth roadmap. Your feedback fuels our success!

What We're Looking For:

• Diploma/Graduate/Fresher/1+ years in B2B sales (bonus: renewables, EPC, or tech solutions).
• Strong communication and negotiation skillsempathy and relationship-building are key.
• Comfort with Microsoft Excel
• A passion for sustainability and a growth mindset.
