Role Description

• Handle inbound leads (calls, WhatsApp, email)
• Qualify requirements before proposals are shared
• Share decks, case studies, and quotations
• Follow up till theres a clear yes / no
• Support final deal closures with the founder
• Identify and reach out to potential clients on LinkedIn
• Initiate conversations (not hard selling)
• Assist with retainer conversions and vendor registrations
• Keep lead status updated and organised

What were looking for:

• 23 years ofB2B sales experience(agency / services preferred)
• Comfortable with Hinglish + English communication
• Strong follow-up discipline
• Organised, patient, and clear in thinking
• Not aggressive, not pushy

What this role is NOT:

• Tele-calling
• Target-only pressure sales
• Discount-first selling

Compensation:

25,00030,000 per month (Fixed) + Performance IncentivesIncentives on:

• Closed business
• Retainer conversions
• Qualified outbound meetings
• Vendor registrations
