Role: Wellness Experience Manager/Sales Executive

Location: Whitefield

Role Overview

The Wellness Experience Manager is the first and last point of interaction for patients at the clinic. This role combines front-desk operations, patient guidance, and consultative selling of treatment plans, packages, and Panchkarma therapies.

The ideal candidate ensures patients feel welcomed, understood, and confident in continuing their treatment journey with the clinic.

Key Responsibilities

Patient Experience & Front Desk Management

  • Greet patients warmly upon arrival and escort them to the doctors cabin
  • Act as the primary face of the clinic, ensuring a calm, premium, and empathetic patient experience
  • Manage walk-ins and appointment scheduling manually based on doctor availability
  • Coordinate patient flow to minimize waiting time and confusion

Post-Consultation Counseling

  • Escort patients back after consultation and clearly explain prescribed treatment plans
  • Counsel patients on packages, therapies, and Panchkarma treatments recommended by the doctor
  • Address patient doubts, pricing queries, and treatment duration questions confidently
  • Drive conversion from consultation to package enrollment through ethical, need-based selling

Administrative & Coordination Duties

  • Maintain basic patient records, appointment logs, and package details
  • Coordinate with doctors, therapists, and clinic staff to ensure smooth execution of treatments
  • Handle billing coordination and payment collection support


Desired Candidate Profile

Experience & Skills

  • 1-4 years of experience in clinic front desk, hospital counseling, wellness sales, or healthcare administration
  • Strong convincing and communication skills (Hindi, English, Kannada preferred)
  • Comfort with explaining treatment plans, pricing, and packages
  • Personable, High emotional intelligence and ability to handle patient objections calmly
