Job Summary
The Alcoholic Beverage Sales Executive is responsible for driving sales growth, managing client relationships, and expanding market presence for the companys portfolio of alcoholic beverage brands. This role focuses on acquiring new accounts, maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, and achieving sales targets within the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Promote and sell the companys portfolio of alcoholic beverages (e.g., beer, wine, spirits) to retailers, bars, restaurants, hotels, and distributors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and decision-makers.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Conduct regular sales visits, product presentations, and tastings.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and promotional agreements within company guidelines.
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends.
- Ensure product visibility, merchandising standards, and brand representation in outlets.
- Coordinate promotional events and marketing campaigns with the marketing team.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and territory performance analysis.
- Ensure compliance with local alcohol laws and company policies.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelors degree in any vertical.
- 0-8 years of sales experience, preferably in alcoholic beverages, FMCG, or hospitality.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Good knowledge of the alcoholic beverage market and distribution channels.
- Ability to work independently and manage a territory effectively.
- Valid drivers license and willingness to travel frequently.
