About the Role
We are hiring an Online Sales Executive for a leading jewelry brand based in Andheri, Mumbai. The role focuses on handling customer inquiries and converting leads through WhatsApp and phone-based sales, along with occasional assistance to walk-in customers. This is a target-driven role suited for someone who enjoys customer interaction and closing sales.
Responsibilities
- Handle inquiries from WhatsApp, website, and social media
- Speak with prospects via phone and WhatsApp
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable jewelry
- Follow up with leads and close sales
- Maintain records of leads, follow-ups, and orders
- Coordinate with the store team for order processing
Qualifications
- 13 years of experience in sales or customer handling
Required Skills
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi
- Comfortable with WhatsApp and phone-based sales
- Basic computer knowledge
- Ability to work with sales targets
