About the Role

We are hiring an Online Sales Executive for a leading jewelry brand based in Andheri, Mumbai. The role focuses on handling customer inquiries and converting leads through WhatsApp and phone-based sales, along with occasional assistance to walk-in customers. This is a target-driven role suited for someone who enjoys customer interaction and closing sales.


Responsibilities

  • Handle inquiries from WhatsApp, website, and social media
  • Speak with prospects via phone and WhatsApp
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable jewelry
  • Follow up with leads and close sales
  • Maintain records of leads, follow-ups, and orders
  • Coordinate with the store team for order processing


Qualifications

  • 13 years of experience in sales or customer handling


Required Skills

  • Good communication skills in English and Hindi
  • Comfortable with WhatsApp and phone-based sales
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Ability to work with sales targets
