Sales Executive - Inside sales

We are looking for motivated Sales Executives to join our growing HealthTech team. This role is ideal for candidates with prior sales or inside sales experience who are comfortable working in a target-driven environment.

Location: Pitampura, Delhi (Work from Office)

Shift Timings: 9 AM 6 PM /10 AM 7 PM /12 PM 9 PM (9-hour shift with rotational weekly off)

Compensation: Up to 33,000 in-hand per month + performance-based incentives

• Present and pitch HealthTech products/services to potential customers
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships
• Follow up with leads and ensure timely closures
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
  

• Minimum 6 months of experience in Sales (Healthcare / Inside Sales preferred)
• Strong verbal communication and persuasion skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment
• Self-motivated, confident, and results-driven mindset
